Meet Our Owner Josh Reel & his family. Christina, Briggs, Baylor, & Ellie. Josh started with McGath Concrete in 2002. He learned the trade from his grandfather who started the company in 1974. He has expanded the company and has continued to provide the excellent service that customers have come to expect. Josh and his family enjoy spending their free time at his family farm.

Meet our office staff. Erik is our superintendent. He joined our company in 2022 after serving 14 years as a Sheriffs Deputy for Marion County, IN. His wife Heather is our Office Manager. Heather worked for us for 9 years and has rejoined the company after a 7 year break. We are glad to have her back. They have a 12 year old son named Brady and the little guy is Shawn AKA "The Office Baby"
